We accept all major credit cards through our secure Stripe payment processor.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan provides full access to our core features. You can upgrade to Pro when you need advanced features.

Can I buy for my team?

Yes. The Team pilot gives 10 managers unlimited practice for $99 a month on one card, plus your own admin access to invite managers, share company-specific cases and see who has practised. You can cancel anytime. The receipt is issued to the card holder; the company name you enter at checkout is kept with the subscription.

What does my company see?

Usage and scores only: which cases each manager completed, how often they practised and how their scores trend. Nobody at the company can read a manager's conversations. Rehearsals are for development, not for performance assessment. Read the data note.
